At OpenMediaLogic, data privacy and security are integral to our B2B operations. We fully comply with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to ensure the protection and lawful processing of personal data.

Privacy by design and by default

Our platform incorporates data protection principles natively. Features like role-based access control, tamper-proof action logs, and data separation are built directly into the system architecture to enforce strict data governance.

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

For our EU clients and agencies processing data of EU citizens, we provide a comprehensive Data Processing Agreement (DPA) compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR. This agreement governs the relationship between OpenMediaLogic (as a Data Processor) and the client (as a Data Controller).

International data transfers

While OpenMediaLogic primarily operates in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Azerbaijan with national partner data centers, any personal data belonging to EU citizens transferred to our systems is subject to strict Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure equivalent levels of protection.
