Platform

Security

Deal, price, and discount data is a trade secret of every market participant. That is why security in OpenMediaLogic is a property of the architecture, not an option: the platform meets the requirements state media structures set for transparency, audit, and data storage.

Infrastructure and data

  • Deployed in national partner data centers with in-region redundancy
  • Each country's data is stored locally, as national regulators require
  • Data encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Backups every 24 hours, with geographically separated copies
  • The paperwork for a review — certificates, security-questionnaire responses, data-center details — is provided on request

Access and audit

  • Role-based access with separation of duties across departments: every user sees only what is theirs
  • Personal accounts — no "shared" logins
  • Audit journals and immutable action logs: who changed what, and when
  • Competitors are isolated at the data level: one seller never sees another seller's deals, an agency never sees anyone else's terms

For government and regulators

  • We work to each market's regulatory requirements; the supporting documents are agreed for the specific tender
  • Integration with state airtime monitoring platforms
  • Transparent tender procedures: every bid and every decision is logged
  • Automatic regulatory reporting based on actual broadcasts

Reliability

  • 24/7 operation with a target availability of 99.9%
  • Round-the-clock monitoring and an on-call team; critical incidents get a response within 30 minutes
  • Updates roll out with no downtime; maintenance windows are announced at least 72 hours ahead

Personal data

We process the minimum of personal data and use it for nothing beyond the service. See the privacy policy and the GDPR page; current system health is on the platform status page.
