Platform status
The platform runs 24/7 with a target availability of 99.9% — at most 45 minutes of downtime per month, and in practice we stay well above the target. We count availability honestly — across every service of the platform, not just the landing page.
Infrastructure
- Deployed in partner data centers with in-region redundancy
- Each country's data is stored locally, as national regulators require
- Data encrypted in transit and at rest
Monitoring and incidents
- Round-the-clock automated monitoring of every service, plus an on-call team
- Impact-based classification: a critical incident (platform down or a broadcast at risk) — response within 30 minutes and non-stop work until recovery; degradation (slow responses, some functions unavailable) — response within 2 hours; cosmetic glitches — fixed in scheduled releases
- After every critical incident clients receive a report: the cause, the impact, and the measures taken so it does not repeat
How you learn about an issue
- Current system status and incident history — in the platform account
- For critical incidents we notify the client's responsible people directly — by email and through the manager
- Maintenance windows land in the account calendar at least 72 hours ahead
Backups and recovery
- Backups every 24 hours, with geographically separated copies
- Recovery procedures are regularly verified with drills, not just on paper
- Recovery does not depend on any single data center
Maintenance
Updates roll out with no service interruption. When a maintenance window is unavoidable, we give at least 72 hours' notice and pick low-traffic night hours — client broadcast operations are never affected. In high season we freeze maintenance entirely.
Availability and SLA commitments are fixed in the subscription agreement; you can also ask support about any incident directly: support@openmedialogic.com.
