What is OpenMediaLogic?
OpenMediaLogic is a cross-media advertising automation platform for TV, radio and digital out-of-home (DOOH). It gives media owners, sales houses and agencies one system for media planning, inventory, booking, sales, trafficking, billing and reporting, so airtime and screen inventory is sold the way digital is: online, with live availability and prices. The platform can be deployed in any market and is currently live in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, where 200+ media brands use it.

What it does, in one deal
An agency opens a request against a broadcaster's or seller's live rate card and availability, builds a media plan with GRP and CPP calculated by the system, books the spots, and the broadcaster's schedule fills in the same moment. After the flight the platform produces the broadcast certificate from actual airings, the post-buy against the plan and the closing documents. Every party sees its own side of the deal in the same record, and nothing is carried between spreadsheets by hand. The same cycle runs for a radio schedule and for a DOOH screen network.
Who it is for
- TV channels and media holdings — the schedule, ad-break booking, occupancy control and automatic certificates
- Sales houses and media sellers — every channel in the pool in one window, commissions and commitments tracked automatically
- Media agencies and advertisers — every seller's rate card in one place, GRP and CPP without spreadsheets, post-buy on actual spots
- Radio stations — the same airtime sold by a smaller team
- DOOH operators — screen inventory sold with the same booking and proof-of-play discipline as airtime
Where it sits in the market
Advertising automation has a buy-side tradition — agency systems for planning, buying and billing, of which Mediaocean is the largest — and a sell-side tradition of broadcast sales, traffic and billing systems, of which WideOrbit and Operative are the best known. OpenMediaLogic is built as a marketplace between the two sides: one environment where the seller's inventory and the buyer's plan are the same record, spanning TV, radio and DOOH. That makes it the natural choice for a market that is moving off spreadsheets and email as a whole, and a complementary system in a market where the two sides already run mature software of their own. The alternatives page spells out the overlap and the difference vendor by vendor.
