Documentation

OpenMediaLogic documentation is organized around roles: every participant in the process — from seller to accountant — gets guides for exactly their workflows, with no need to read everything else.

Sections by role

  • Media planning — building plans, automatic GRP/CPP calculation, rate cards and discounts, versions and approvals
  • Booking and traffic — placing into the grid, conflict checking, moves and replacements, working in high season
  • Broadcast and reporting — airtime certificates, reconciling actual broadcasts, closing documents, exports to accounting systems
  • Administration — roles and permissions, reference data, integrations, the action log
  • Analytics — dashboards, rating and revenue forecasts, post-buy reports

How the guides are built

Every guide is a working scenario, not a description of buttons: "build a media plan to a budget", "replace a spot a day before broadcast", "close the month for a channel". Inside — step-by-step instructions with interface screenshots, common mistakes, and links to adjacent scenarios; search works across every section at once.

Quick start

New teams get a short "first campaign in one day" course: from agency request to confirmed booking. It is the same track our 48-hour onboarding follows. Managers get a separate overview track: what the dashboards show and how to read the reports.

What's new

The documentation updates together with the platform: every release has a "what's new" page walking through the changes, and major features come with video walkthroughs from the support team.

Integrations

Dedicated guides cover the REST API, exchange with accounting systems, BI tools, and airtime monitoring systems: data formats, exchange schedules, and typical schemes for each role. The specification lives on the API page.

Frequently asked

  • Which languages? The guides are in Russian and English; the interface itself is translated into 16 languages
  • Does it match my version? Yes: the account opens the documentation of exactly your platform version
  • Can I suggest a fix? Yes — every page has a feedback button, and fixes ship with the next release

Where to read

Full documentation is available to clients in the platform account — it always matches your version and updates together with it. Not a client yet? At the demo we will show every workflow live.
