Help
OpenMediaLogic support is staffed by people who know both the platform and advertising operations: every specialist has worked with broadcast grids and media plans, so you never have to explain the context from scratch.
Channels
- Chat in the platform account — the primary channel; the full history of your requests is kept
- Email: support@openmedialogic.com
- A dedicated manager — for media holdings and sellers: direct contact with someone who knows your inventory
Hours and response times
- Weekdays 9:00–19:00 Almaty time — answers within one business day, usually faster
- Critical incidents (platform down, a broadcast at risk) — accepted 24/7, response within 30 minutes
- Integration and API questions go straight to an engineer, not around in circles
- Feature requests go to the product team, and we report back on each one: what was taken into work and which release it ships in
How a request is handled
Every request gets a number and an owner, and its status is visible in the account. If another specialist is needed, escalation happens internally — you never retell the story from scratch. A request is closed only after you confirm everything works.
To get help faster
Describe what you did, what you expected, and what happened; attach a link to the campaign or media plan. A direct link saves a round of correspondence.
What the dedicated manager does
Media holdings and sellers get a manager who knows their inventory and processes: they help with seasonal planning, walk through reports, collect feedback for the product team, and once a quarter run a usage review — where the team loses time and what else can be automated.
Training
Beyond reactive support we run onboarding for your new employees, seasonal trainings before high demand, and walkthroughs of new features after major releases — all included in the subscription. For self-study there is the documentation: role-based guides and the "first campaign in one day" course.
